AreYouMention uses Google APIs (specifically Google Analytics Admin, Analytics Data API and Gemini API) to access user data for the exclusive purpose of providing the core features of our LLM presence tracking service (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).

We fully respect the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy , including the requirements for Limited Use of data .

📌 User data access and purposes

• analytics.readonly : used to access the list of Google Analytics accounts and properties, and to read traffic data necessary for analyzing traffic from AI LLMs.
• analytics.manage.users.readonly : used to display authorized users on GA4 properties selected by the user, with their roles.
• cloud-platform : used to query the Gemini API and identify web sources mentioned in LLM responses related to the user's brand.

🔐 Privacy commitments

• We use user data only to provide or improve the visible and expected features of our application.
• We never use this data for advertising purposes.
• We do not sell or transfer this data to third parties without the user's explicit consent.
• We implement strict security measures to protect user information.
